If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase
Conditions for Returns
Please note there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns, refunds, and cancelations.
Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order and as described, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original condition
Payment will not be refunded until the product has been returned to its original condition. Failure to do so will result in a review of the refund.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The goods are made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
Refunds are for the product’s purchased price only. Original Postage and Handling are not included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
